How TRIVITR handles newsletter subscriptions, email correspondence and website visits.
Last updated: 27 September 2026
Newsletter subscriptions
When you choose to subscribe, we store the email address you enter, the time of your request and a record of the subscription choice. We use this information to send updates about new TRIVITR books and important website news. Subscribing is optional; buying a book or visiting this website does not subscribe you.
Subscriber addresses are kept in the website’s database and are available to the website owner for sending these updates. We do not sell them. If you email us separately, we receive your email address and what you include so we can respond to your enquiry.
Unsubscribing and your choices
To stop receiving updates, reply with “unsubscribe” to a newsletter or email [email protected]. We will remove you from the active subscriber list. You can also email us to ask about, correct or remove the information you have shared.
Website data
The homepage stores a simple “intro seen” flag in your browser session storage so the opening animation plays only once per tab session. It is not used to identify you. The website does not currently use its own analytics or newsletter tracking cookies. The hosting service may process technical request information needed to serve and protect the site.
Other websites
Book purchase links lead to Amazon. If you follow them, Amazon handles information under its own privacy practices. We do not control those external websites.
Changes and contact
We may revise this page as the website or newsletter process changes. The date above shows the latest revision. For privacy questions, write to [email protected].
